| The Wuxi Grace Industrial
Park of Grace Enterprise Group was set up in Wuxi National High and New-technology
Industries Development Zone (Wuxi New Zone in May 2002. This park occupies about
2,700 mu.Located in the southeast of Wuxi City, Wuxi New Zone is 6km from Wuxi
civic center.Hu-ning Express railway, Jing-hu Express railway, Hu-ning,and National
Road 312 run across this zone and with exit of speedway. At the beginning, there
are three companies under the Grace Enterprise Ggroup have entered this park for
factories establishment in succession. The total investment is over 200 million
US dollars; And Wuxi Grace Electronic Material Technology Co. Ltd is one of them.
Grace Electron Technology Co.,Ltd.(WUXI) is one of the extended companies
of Grace electron corp. (Guangzhou), with business scopes: produce multilayer
board epoxy glass cloth ccl plate, multilayer board epoxy glass cloth prepreg,
and new-type electronic material; sell the self-produced products and provide
technical service and after-sales service. The gross investment of Grace Electron
Technology Co.,Ltd.(WUXI) is US $95 million,and its registered capital is US $32
million.The investment will be finished in three phrases,and once finished,the
gross capacity - ccl plate (CCL): 750,000 pieces/month, and prepreg (P/P): 1,200,000
meters/month.
The establishment of the factory building in the first
period had been started in September, 2002, and it is scheduled that the production
will be commenced in July, 2003.
