laminate manufacturing equipment:
The company adopts the full automatic
high-efficiency precise manufacturing equipment produced by the professional manufacturers
from Japan, Taiwan, etc, with monthly output of 150,000m2; the gauge accuracy
of coater die is 1¦̀m, with precise pneumatically-supported oven and full automatic
bulk receiving and issuing system, and the infrared ray is adopted on the coating
film for online inspection. The imported high precise dust-free oven is adopted
as the curing oven, with stable and even temperature control. The amplitude and
accuracy control of the sectional warper. The whole production process is executed
in 1000-grade dust-free room.
