of the factory, the company has been emphasizing the welfare , the training and
education on employees. The company provides free room and boarding to employees
and the group executes the uniform standardized management and has created good
relaxing and living environments for employees. The group has established many
entertainment centers with basketball court, tennis court, badminton court, small-sized
football court, ping pong room and many welfare facilities like welfare office,
infirmary, hairdressing room, etc, Meanwhile the Group and the companies will
hold many kinds of entertainment activities for all employees each year, such
as, Chinese chess, gobang, Chinese checkers, poker, push-and-pull, long-distance
running, bicycle slowly-riding, basketball match, ping pong match, badminton match,
match, OK and soon. The company also will hold a tourism activity for all employees
each half a year, and year-end party each year in which all and directors can
get together and communicate with each other. The small-sized libraries are established
in the company,and new books worth of about 1,000 Yuan will be added into this
library each month. Now there are over 2000 famous works on famous persons and
all kinds of professional collected books for employees to borrow and read. The
company will hold celebrating activities for employees' birthdays, and provide
souvenirs. At the same time the company will execute all kinds of trainings according
to the actual situations of the employees, such as, English training, Japanese
training, special operation training and all kinds of on-the-job trainings.
