Grace T.H.W. Group was established by Dr. Winston Wong, with investments and professionals consolidated both domestically and abroad.  In view that tertiary processing Industries in China (such as footwear, handbag, and printed circuit board (PCB) industries) have matured substantially, while secondary processing industries are in developmental stages, Grace T.H.W. is determined by its vision to lay a solid foundation in the secondary processing market by utilizing first-class equipment, software, and factory layout, as well as a vastly experienced management team.  The objective is to serve downstream customers by providing our products in a timely manner to increase competitiveness and profitability.

   Since the establishment of Grace Electron Corporation and PU Base Plastics Corporation in Guangzhou in 1995, Grace T.H.W. has focused its entire operations in China. At present, there are total of eight sister companies in Grace T.H.W. Group. Six of the Group’s sister companies are located in Guangzhou, with five of them in the Guangzhou Baiyun Industrial Zone: Grace Electron Corporation (G.E.C), PU Base Plastics Corporation (PU Base P.C.), Han Rigid Plastics Corporation (Han Rigid P.C.), W&G Biaxial Materials Corporation (W&G Biaxial.M.C.), and Epoxy Base Electronics Material Corporation (Epoxy B.E.M.C.), while one of them, W&G Vinyl Process Corporation (W&G Vinyl P.C) is located nearby in the east of Guangzhou Economic & Technical Development Zone. The total investment of the Group’s business in the area is of US$ 951,800,000 with annual turnover of RMB $5 billion and employing more than 4600 employees.

Furthermore, with the Group’s goal on the mass production of copper clad laminates (CCL), the overall set up for the electronic business division is fulfilled by the addition of the two sister companies located in Shanghai: Grace Fabric Corporation (G.F.C) and Grace Technology Corporation (G..T.C). In which they provide glass fabric and glass yarn respectively for the production of CCL, completing the entire upstream supply chain.

   In 2003, the Group expanded its development in the Yang Tze Delta by establishing production facilities in Wuxi. The Group’s ambition is to grasp both eastern and southern China markets with the production capacity of both the Wuxi facility and the existing W&G Biaxial.M.C.’s facility.
